Our Supported Employment program offers a variety of services and benefits for both our healthcare professionals and the community we serve. We are looking for dedicated RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to join our clinic and provide exceptional patient care.
Our Supported Employment program offers a variety of services and benefits both our consumers and our employment customers. Services offered to our consumers includes:
Clarification of career goals
Assistance with completing job applications
Assistance with interviews and understanding benefit packages
Preparing a resume and helping to develop, obtain and maintain a job
Travel training/Non-medical transportation
Job site training and advocacy / Job coaching
Intensive training on specific work tasks
Developing effective communication and proper workplace behavior/dress code
Acting as a liaison between work supervisors and co-workers
On and off-site support available
Supported Employment service providers ensure that an employer’s recruitment requirements and concerns are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. Some of the benefits to our Employer’s include:
Free and confidential recruitment service
Access appropriate potential employees
Access continuous support of a qualified and experienced Employment Support Worker
Recruiting and retention of a committed long term employee
Assistance and/or advice and guidance on the incentives and grants that may be available to the employer
Coordination of training as needed for the new employee
We are approved to participate with the following waivers; Act 150, Independent, Obra and Attendant care. Also, Community and Habilitation services. In addition we provider services for GECAC Home plus program and Options program. We looked forward to working with you and your clients in the future.
